"****BUSINESS SHOUT OUT**** You guys I am ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWN by Freedom Outdoor Store! My husband had been running around all day yesterday looking for a generator. He finally got in touch with Freedom and they said they had a driver picking up a shipment of generators and would be delivering them yesterday evening. Put his name on a wait list along with a bunch of others. Bless these people because my husband called 5x that day just to check the status and I can imagine everyone else on that list did the same thing. LOL Around 7:30 last night was the last time we called and they said their guys were getting loaded up and would be heading back soon. They said we will absolutely call you as soon as we get a closer ETA and confirmed if our name was on the list that we would be guaranteed a generator. YALL. 11:30 PM THEY CALLED MY HUSBAND!!!! He ran over there and got the generator! THESE PEOPLE DID NOT GO HOME!! THESE PEOPLE DID NOT SLEEP!!! THESE PEOPLE WERE FIXING GENERATORS AND WERE STILL THERE THIS MORNING TO MAKE SURE ALL GENERATORS WERE SOLD & FIXED!!!! This customer service is UNMATCHED! I am truly mind blown at this business. They could have been at home preparing for the storm ahead but instead they were out helping their community! I PROMISE YOU THEY HAVE A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER RIGHT HERE! I don’t care if they are $500 more than their competitors or $5000 more! This right here is good HUMANITY and SMALL TOWN AMERICA right here! LETS BLOW THIS BUSINESS UP YOU GUYS! They deserve every bit of recognition! I am leaving a 5* review on EVERY PLATFORM! YALL SHOULD TOO! I cannot THANK Freedom Outdoors enough!"
